Refunds

Because each piece is handmade, I do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size/colour chosen

• Damage caused after delivery

Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged or defective.

If this happens, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, I will offer a replacement or a refund. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, I do not accept returns on jewelry (including necklaces, pendants, earrings, bracelets, etc.).

Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order (wrong item received or damaged on arrival), please contact me within 3 days so I can help. I’m happy to replace defective items at no extra cost.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing Time

All jewelry is handmade with care. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within Canada

Standard Shipping – $5.00 (No Tracking)

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Oversized Lettermail. This option does not include tracking. Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.

Tracked Shipping – $15.00

Orders are shipped through Canada Post Tracked Parcel. This option includes tracking and delivery updates. Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days.

📮 Lost or Delayed Mail

Standard mail does not include tracking and cannot be guaranteed once it has been handed over to Canada Post. If you prefer guaranteed delivery and tracking, please select the tracked shipping option at checkout.

If a package is significantly delayed, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

📦 Packaging

All pieces are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery. Each item is carefully wrapped and shipped in a protective mailer or box suitable for jewelry.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Currently, I only ship within Canada.

How long does shipping take?

• Standard Shipping (No Tracking): 5–10 business days

• Tracked Shipping: 2–8 business days. Please note that Canada Post delays can occur during holidays or bad weather, and is out of our hands.

Can I track my order?

Only if you choose Tracked Shipping at checkout. Standard $5.00 shipping does not include tracking.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Please contact me if your package seems delayed. For standard (untracked) shipping, delivery cannot be guaranteed once the item is in Canada Post’s hands. If you prefer guaranteed delivery, choose Tracked Shipping.

How are items packaged?

Each piece is wrapped securely and shipped in a protective mailer or box. I pack every order carefully to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I love creating unique resin pieces. Send me a message with your idea, and I’ll confirm availability, pricing, and processing time.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not begun. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes — every piece is made by hand with care, using resin and high-quality materials.
