Thank you for supporting Bax Custom Creations. I put my heart into every handmade piece, and I want you to feel happy, safe, and cared for when ordering from my shop. This Refund Policy explains the situations where refunds, exchanges, or replacements may be offered.
Each piece I make is created by hand with care, creativity, and heart. Because resin is a sensitive medium with its own natural characteristics, this Refund Policy explains what is considered normal for resin art and what qualifies for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
My goal is always to treat you with honesty, fairness, and compassion.
1. Refund & Return Eligibility
Refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be offered if your item:

Arrives damaged during shipping

Has a significant defect not typical of handmade resin

Is incorrect compared to what you ordered
To qualify, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue

A brief description of what happened
2. Resin Art Characteristics (Not Considered Defects)
Because all my jewelry and resin pieces are handmade, the following characteristics are normal and NOT considered defects:

Small air bubbles

Slight variations in color, sparkle, or pigment flow

Minor uneven textures on the back or edges
-
Micro-scratches from sanding, polishing, or mold release

Light doming differences
-
Natural curing marks
-
Variations caused by temperature, humidity, or pigment behavior

Slight differences from item photos (every piece reacts to resin uniquely)
These natural characteristics are part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind.
3. Items Not Eligible for Refund
Unless the item arrives damaged or defective, I cannot offer refunds on:

Custom or personalized orders

Items with added names, colors, ashes, florals, or special inclusions

Sale or clearance items
-
Items damaged after delivery due to drops, chemicals, water, heat, improper storage, or rough handling

Items that naturally yellow over time from sunlight (a known resin behavior)

Resin damaged by perfumes, alcohol, hand sanitizers, cleaners, or acetone

Fading or discoloration caused by UV exposure
Resin is sensitive, so proper care is important. Care instructions are provided, and damages caused by improper care are not eligible for refund.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
If your item does qualify:
I may offer one of the following:

A replacement (if possible)

A recreation of the item — though slight differences are guaranteed due to resin’s nature

Store credit
-
A refund
If I cannot recreate the piece (certain pigments, flowers, molds, or materials), we will choose the best solution together.
5. Refund Processing
If approved:

Refunds go back to your original payment method

Banks typically take 3–10 business days to process

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was my fault
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or broken:

Contact me within 7 days

Include photos of the damage AND the packaging

I will review your claim with care and respond quickly

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or delayed by the carrier:

I will assist you in filing a claim

Refunds or replacements depend on the carrier’s investigation
If the address provided was incorrect, I cannot offer refunds or replacements.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before I begin making them or before they are shipped.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.
9. Resin Safety Disclaimer
By purchasing resin items, you understand:

Resin may yellow slightly over time with sun/UV exposure, although i use a resin that is marketed not to yellow over time.

Resin should be kept away from heat, chemicals, and water.

Resin jewelry should not be worn in pools, showers, or while using hand sanitizer.

Resin can crack if dropped or bent.

Some people may have skin sensitivities to certain metals or resins, but these are very rare.
These issues are not considered defects.
