These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone using this website. By using this site, you agree to follow these terms and any policies linked within it (such as the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy).

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not continue using the website.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All items sold on this website are handmade, and each piece is unique.
This means:

  • Colours, patterns, and small details may vary slightly

  • Tiny imperfections can occur due to the handmade process

  • Custom orders may take additional time

I do my best to describe and photograph each item accurately.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars), unless otherwise stated

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed

  • I use trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., Square, PayPal), and your information is handled securely through them

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier

  • Once an order is shipped, delays caused by the carrier are beyond my control

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please refer to my Refund Policy page for full details.
In general:

  • Refunds or replacements may be offered if there is an issue with your order

  • Customers must contact me within the timeframe listed in the Refund Policy

  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for a refund unless damaged or defective

I always aim to resolve issues with honesty, fairness, and compassion.

When using this website, you agree that you will not:

📦 Shipping Policy

At Bax Custom Creations, every item is handmade with care and attention. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures related to processing and delivering orders. By placing an order, you agree to the guidelines described below.

 

1. Processing Times

Because each piece is handcrafted, processing times ensure safe curing, quality control, and proper packaging. Ready-Made Items Orders containing ready-made products are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items Custom creations may require 5–6 business days, depending on design complexity, resin curing time, and material availability. If delays occur, I will contact you directly. Processing time refers to preparation time and does not include delivery time.

 

2. Shipping Rates.

To keep costs fair and simple, shipping fees are charged as follows: Standard Shipping (No Tracking): $5.00 CAD Tracked Shipping: $15.00 Shipping rates apply to each order and are displayed at checkout.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are shipped through Canada Post or another reliable carrier. Estimated delivery times are: Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days (no tracking) Tracked Shipping: 2–7 business days (includes tracking number). During peak seasons, holidays, extreme weather, or postal disruptions, delivery times may vary. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If you purchased tracked shipping, your tracking number will be included

 

4. Packaging & Handling

order is packaged thoughtfully and securely to protect delicate handmade items. Packaging may include: Bubble wrap or cushioning, reinforced mailers, and protective sleeves for resin. Moisture-resistant materials, when necessary package is prepared by hand to ensure your items arrive safely

 

5. Local Pickup (Optional)

If you are located in Peterborough, Ontario, local pickup may be available upon request. Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is placed.

 

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments 

Lost or Delayed Shipments: orders shipped with Standard Shipping ($5.00), tracking is not available, and I cannot provide real-time updates once the item has been shipped. For Tracked Shipping ($15.00), tracking details will allow you to follow the delivery progress. If your package appears lost or delayed, please reach out, and I will assist you in any way I can. Damaged Orders. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48–72 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and the shipping label. After reviewing the case, I will offer a solution such as a replacement, repair, or store credit.

 

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a lost or delayed package, I cannot issue a refund or replace the order free of charge. If the carrier returns the package to me, I can reship it for an additional:$5.00 (Standard)$15.00 (Tracked)
